Booking policies

  • A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due on the day.
  • Class memberships are valid for scheduled public classes, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling is welcome with at least 48 hours notice.
  • Travel is free within Bangkok. Outside Bangkok, from THB 1,500.
  • We provide all equipment. Floating sessions need hotel staff assistance for setup, pack down and secure equipment storage.
How many guests can join?+
Our experiences accommodate different group sizes, from private 1:1 sessions to groups of up to 10 guests. Floating sound baths run up to 20 guests depending on your pool.
Do you provide all the equipment?+
Yes. We provide the equipment needed for the experience. Floating sessions require hotel staff assistance with setup and pack down.
Can you come to our villa or hotel?+
Yes. We bring the experience directly to your villa, hotel or private space.
Do you travel outside Bangkok?+
Yes. Travel outside Bangkok is available with an additional travel fee. Private session travel currently starts from THB 1,500.
Can we create a customized experience?+
Absolutely. We can tailor the experience to your group, space, occasion and brand.
How much space do you need?+
Space requirements vary by experience and group size. Share your venue details with us and we will recommend the ideal setup.
What does the hotel need to provide?+
For most experiences, we provide the equipment. Floating sound bath sessions require hotel staff support for setup, pack down and secure equipment storage.
Can we book multiple sessions?+
Yes. We offer multi session partnership packages, including 2, 3 and 4 session floating sound bath packages.
How far in advance should we book?+
We recommend booking in advance, especially for private and partnership experiences, so we can reserve your preferred date and prepare the experience accordingly.
How do I pay?+
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the experience.
